Are you ready to join a dynamic, rapidly expanding organisation in the heart of London? Our client, a thriving property company, is looking for a talented Finance Manager to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to play a pivotal role in the finance department of a growing company, with ample room for professional growth and development.
 
This role offers a unique blend of hands-on financial management and the chance to take on new responsibilities, ultimately growing into a client-facing role within the finance department.
 
Your responsibilities as the Finance Manager will include:

  • Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
  • Lead a small finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success
  • Drive process improvements and streamline financial workflows. Also take a leading role in the roll out of a new integrated accounting platform
  • Build strong relationships with clients. Assist with asset performance and provide history updates to client investors on monthly/quarterly calls
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of internal monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and consolidated reporting
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of external client monthly and quarterly management accounts/reporting
  • Assist with asset level business plans and forecasts
  • Liaise with auditors and prepare consolidated and individual company annual statutory accounts
 
To be considered for the role of Finance Manager:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Experience of identifying and recommending process/system improvements
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
