The role
Supporting and challenging performance across the Commercial function, your many stakeholders will include the Trading Director, Buying Contollers and leaders across Merchandising, Marketing, Customer Insight and Buying Controllers. You'll work with the Commercial Leadership and Finance Leadership teams to address core issues and improve working relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a consistent and challenging performance review process to review the monthly category P&Ls, stock position, and monthly overheads.
