As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate and timely financial records, ensuring that all customer invoices are processed efficiently, and collections are managed effectively. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will contribute to the overall financial stability of the organisation.
 
Your responsibilities as the Accounts Receivable Clerk will include:

  • Process customer invoices and ensure they are accurately recorded in the system
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Perform AR reconciliations
  • Prepare and post journals and accruals
  • Prepare cashflow forecasts
  • Maintain customer accounts, updating contact and payment information as needed
  • Assist with audit requests
 
To be considered for the role of Accounts Receivable Clerk:
  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Experience of using a large ERP system such as SAP is preferred
  • Intermediate level Excel skills including VLOOKUPS and pivot tables
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
