A Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is being recruited by a leading business based in Southampton who offer hybrid working of 2 days office and 3 days home. Working in a dedicated FP&A team the key deliverables of the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager include:-
 

• Financial forecasts and long-term plans
• Performance and financial reporting and analysis and insights to support decision making, provide challenge and improvements
• Executive reporting, analytics and commentary
• Developing the use of financial planning, reporting and analytics tools
• Management of a Financial Analyst

 
The ideal candidate for the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with experience in a similar FP&A role gained in a large company environment.
