An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join one of Sheridan Maine’s long standing clients in Newbury. This role will be supporting the finance team in ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices and receipts.
Key duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Allocating payments
- Bank account reconciliations
- Raising invoices
- Assisting with chasing of debts
- Time-sheet processing
- Posting receipts
Experience in a similar role would be advantageous however on the job training will be provided. Candidates who are studying AAT will also be considered.
You will need good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
