Sheridan Maine are supporting a leading services based organisation in the Greater Southampton area to recruit a FP&A Analyst to their existing team.
The key aspects of the role will be to provide critical insights through evaluation and analysing financial information to support commercial decision making and strategic planning. The individual will gain exposure across all levels of the business and will work closely with the Finance Business Partners to provide support to business channels through providing analysis of performance metrics and some involvement in business proposal evaluation. You will also be actively involved in delivering effective forecasting, budgeting and planning support.
Ideally you will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 2-3 years relevant experience gained in a financial analysis orientated role. Experience of working in a medium-large organisation would be beneficial, but by no means essential.
The ability to use IT tools such as Power BI, Anaplan, TM1 and strong Excel skills would all be highly advantageous.
