Our client, a rapidly expanding organisation, is seeking a highly motivated Finance Support and Payroll Manager to join its team at its Head Office in Solihull. This newly created role offers a part-time opportunity of approximately 20 hours per week, with a hybrid working pattern if desired.
As the Finance Support and Payroll Manager, you will take ownership of various aspects within the Finance Function. From day one, you will embark on a series of mini 'projects,' enabling you to make a significant impact. We are looking for a candidate who not only excels in implementing new procedures but also has the expertise to review and optimise existing processes for maximum efficiency. This role is ideal for an autonomous, driven individual ready to make a difference.
Your payroll experience is essential as you will oversee the transition from outsourced payroll processing to an in-house system for 200 employees. You will manage all aspects of payroll processing and payments, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements like auto enrolment. Additionally, you will provide expert advice on taxes and employment laws.
