My client is an esteemed hospitality organisation based in London, who are currently seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant to join their growing team.
 
Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant include:

• Reconciliation of bank transactions on a weekly basis
• Be the main liaison with the bank and Payment Merchants when requesting over transactions
• Reconciliation of all cash, credit card and Amex received from sites on a weekly basis
• Posting of all Food & Beverage invoices from their newly implemented stock management system
• Weekly supplier Statement Reconciliations for their top Food and Beverage suppliers
• Creating, sending and following up on debtor invoices
• Assisting in period end Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Managing their newly implemented Expense Management System Moss.
• Uploading of weekly personal expenses
• Assisting with month end journals

• Finance experience within a multi-site organisation, ideally within the hospitality industry
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables etc.)
• The ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• A proactive and creative approach to problem solving
• Some experience working in Payroll is desirable
