The successful candidate will be accountable for offering support in delivering finance and accounting services, as well as providing valuable insights that assist business partners and the wider organisation in making informed decisions.

Responsibilities of the FP&A Analyst will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Provide an efficient reporting to enable business decision making
  • Providing suggestions to improving practices and strategies
  • Deliver effective budgeting, forecasting, and planning
  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

The successful FP&A Analyst will require the following skills and experience:
  • IT literate with very strong knowledge of Excel, forecasting tools, MI systems and databases, as well as systems such as PowerBI, Anaplan, TM1 or similar
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly numerate and analytical
  • Organised, with the ability to manage day to day tasks along with additional ad hoc tasks
  • Experience of channel support including performance metrics, distribution approach and business proposal evaluation
  • Clear commercial capability in evaluating, analysing, and challenging business proposals in a constructive manner
  • Background in General Insurance useful
