Are you an experienced and driven finance professional looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a talented Group FP&A Manager to join an established organisation based in Hampshire.  This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment working with a range of stakeholders.
 
Your responsibilities as the Group FP&A Manager will include:

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function for the Group, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Collaborate with senior management and department heads to develop strategic financial plans and goals
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance against targets, providing insightful analysis and recommendations
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to key stakeholders, including the executive team and board of directors
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, conducting regular reviews and implementing process improvements
  • Work closely with other finance functions, such as accounting and treasury, to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data and reporting
 
What you will need to be considered for the position of Group FP&A Manager:
  • Ideally qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
  • Proven experience in a Group financial planning and analysis function - preferably in a multi-site, large organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques
