Finance Manager  - £50k -  SME - Bromsgrove
The Company
We are delighted be partnering on an exclusive basis with a growing SME business based in Bromsgrove . This well thought of business is thriving and is now looking to go to the next level by appointing an ambitious Finance Manager. They are seeking the kind of expertise that brings  some much needed financial insight into this constantly growing company.
 
Duties
Reporting to the Managing Director the role will be responsible for taking the lead in  ensuring effective month end close, the production of management accounts plus managing the introduction of a suite of new analysis and reporting into the firm:

• Oversee the production of month end close
• Produce Management Accounts Pack including useful commentary and insight
• Manage Cash flow forecasting process
• Take point in introducing a new suite of reporting and analysis for improved business insight
• Ensure correct accounting procedures are applied by the finance team
• Work closely with and business partner key stakeholders and budget owners
• Manage and mentor a small finance team 

• ACMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
• Evidence of improving analysis and processes in an SME environment
• Strong Excel user
• Track record of managing teams
• Ability to communicate and transfer ideas to non finance managers
