Are you an experienced Credit Controller with a strong background in managing outstanding invoices? Do you thrive in a remote working environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
 
Our client, a leading professional services organisation based in the Coleshill area, is seeking a talented Credit Controller to join its dynamic team. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of the company by effectively managing and recovering aged debt.
 
Your responsibilities as the Credit Controller will include:

  • Actively chase overdue invoices and aged debt, ensuring prompt payment and resolution of outstanding issues
  • Conduct thorough investigations into aged debt cases, identifying the root causes of late payments and implementing appropriate actions to resolve them
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications, including phone calls and correspondence, related to debt collection efforts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address payment discrepancies and resolve customer queries effectively
 
What you will need to be great for this role:
  • Previous experience as an Aged Debt Credit Controller, preferably within a professional services environment
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with clients
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
 
Location and Benefits:
This role is mostly remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. However, occasional visits to the office may be required. Other benefits include and are not limited to:
