Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional seeking a flexible work arrangement? We have an excellent opportunity for you! We are partnering with a reputable business based in Bristol, offering a part-time position for an Accounts Payable role with hybrid working options.
 
This role is designed for individuals who value work-life balance and are looking to work approximately 26 hours per week. Alternatively, it can be structured as a job share arrangement, with approximately 15 hours per week for each job share partner. The hybrid working model provides the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site, allowing you to tailor your schedule to meet your personal and professional needs.
 
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk will include:

  • Responsible for matching, batching and coding
  • Processing a high volume of supplier invoices
  • Setting up new suppliers
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Entering daily bank transactions onto ERP system
  • Bank reconciliations
 
Preferably, you should possess a minimum of one year's experience in a similar role, accompanied by proficient Excel abilities. Familiarity with Netsuite would be advantageous.
 
You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
