An award-winning Media organisation is currently seeking an energetic and proactive Finance Assistant to join their busy Finance team based in central London. If you are a self-starter who thrives on taking initiative and driving positive change, this role is perfect for you.
Your responsibilities as the Finance Assistant will include:
Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and expense management
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
Assist in the management recharging process
Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, to deal with enquiries, resolving any issues
Identify areas for process improvement and take the lead in implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
To be successful in obtaining the role of Finance Assistant, you will require:
Basic Excel skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – demonstrated exposure to effective collaboration across teams and a positive attitude to change
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
A keen interest in the media
