Are you a skilled Management Accountant seeking an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning Media organisation? We are currently partnering with a leading Media company based in West London to find a talented individual to fill the role of Management Accountant. If you have a passion for finance and media, and possess excellent analytical and managerial skills, this could be the perfect role for you!
 
As the Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team and contributing to the overall financial performance of the organisation.
 
Your responsibilities as the Management Accountant will include:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Perform variance analysis to identify areas of improvement and support cost control initiatives
• Preparation of balance sheet
• Preparation of quarterly VAT return
• Oversee the preparation of a range of reporting
• Collaborate with department heads and project managers to develop project budgets and monitor financial performance
• Answering ad hoc queries from the Finance department and wider business
• Review and approval of weekly payment runs
• Management of Finance Assistant
• Main point of contact for annual audit

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Management Accountant, ideally within the Media or Entertainment industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to scenario model and forecast
• Knowledge of PACT Equity and WGGB agreements
