Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a temporary opportunity with a well-established organisation? Look no further! Sheridan Maine is currently seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join a reputable company based in Wiltshire on a temporary basis.

Your responsibilities as the Credit Controller will include:

• Chase overdue invoices through phone, email, and written communication
• Perform credit checks on new customers and assess credit limits
• Ensure month end deadlines are met
• Put in place appropriate financial securities on export sales such as letters of credit/bank guarantees.
• Resolve customer queries and discrepancies in a professional manner
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payment collection
• Assist with general accounting duties as required

• Previous experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role
• Experience of managing a credit book
• Experience in International trading in respect of credit risks
• Strong knowledge of credit control processes and procedures
