Our client is a growing global Construction and Manufacturing business in Bath that are looking to add an Assistant Accountant to their finance team due to an organic period of growth.   This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional looking to secure their next accountancy role with a forward thinking and progressive business.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Accountant will include:

• Assisting with the production of management accounts
• Preparation of prepayments and accruals
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Support with internal financial audit of projects
• Monitoring timesheets
• Variance Analysis of monthly expenditure
• A range of reconciliations
• Ad hoc financial training when required
• Production of financial information for senior management

• Ideally studying towards AAT
• Multi-currency experience beneficial
• Complex sales invoicing experience
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
