A brand new opportunity has arisen for a market leading business based in Reading who are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.
Working within a small department, the role requires an individual who has excellent communication skills and is able to multitask a variety of duties.
Responsibilities of the position include;
Liaising with customers over the phone and via email
Coordinating internal departments in relation to orders
Providing quotations
Updating the computer systems with customer information
Ensuring correct legal documentation is up to date and recorded
Processing transactions and sending out correspondence
Handling queries and providing resolutions
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Proactive individual who is motivated to attain high levels of customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office packages
Good team player who is able to work on their own initiative
Full training can be provided. Driving license is preferred due to the location of the business.
