About the Role:
As the Finance Director, you will sit on the main board and act as a trusted business partner to the owner/MD, as well as collaborate with peers across Marketing, HR, Trading, and Operations. While the finance function benefits from an excellent Financial Controller for day-to-day management, you will lead the Finance team and utilise financial information to support internal and external relationships. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and commercial acumen to drive the company's financial success.
