Sheridan Maine is delighted to be partnering with an established multi-site organisation, with offices based on the outskirts of Poole, to recruit for a Payroll & Accounts Assistant to join their busy finance team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the Payroll & Accounts Assistant will include:
Processing the monthly payroll
Inputting starters and leavers
Calculating and applying and deductions
Dealing with payroll related queries
Supporting with ad-hoc finance related duties
Day to day finance processing including purchase ledger invoices
Dealing with supplier queries
Responsible for the weekly payment run
The successful Accounts & Payroll Assistant will require the following attributes:
Previous experience in a similar role
Attention to detail and good time management skills
Driven and self-motivated
Strong IT skills - ability to use Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
