A new and exclusive role has arisen for a growing business based in the heart of Basingstoke who are seeking a Finance Assistant to join their friendly accounts department.
The role is being recruited initially on a temporary basis and could leave to permanent employment with the business.
The position will be responsible for a variety of accounts payable and accounts receivable duties as well as month end. Key tasks include;
Supplier payment runs
Cash payment allocations
Raising sales invoices
Credit card payments
The desired candidate will have a purchase ledger background with all round accounts knowledge or the willingness to want to develop their accounting skills. The role requires a hands on individual who enjoys working as part of a team and has good communication skills. Prior knowledge of Sage would be desirable but not essential.
Car parking is available onsite and the company are situated close to public transport links. The company offer a competitive salary and hybrid working.
