We are currently working with a growing company looking for a driven and dedicated Assistant  Accountant to join their team in Weymouth to assist with accurate financial reporting.
 
In this Assistant Accountant role, you will support the Financial Controller in preparing financial reports, analysing financial data and your key responsibilities will include:
 

• Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Updating the fixed asset register
• Supervising the purchase ledger function
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Preparing reports for the management team
• Liaising with departments in the business to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Analysing financial data

 
To be considered for this Assistant Management Accountant role, you will ideally be fully AAT qualified or working towards a further qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). You will have previous experience working in a finance position with a desire to grow and develop.
