Paraplanning Compliance Manager  £50k - Redditch

Our client, a rapidly growing Financial Services organisation based in Redditch, is looking for an experienced Paraplanning Compliance Manager  to join their team. As the Paraplanning Compliance Manager , you will ideally have a Paraplanning and Compliance background and play a pivotal role in the success of the company by overseeing and managing the daily operations.  
 
Your responsibilities as the Operations Manager will include:

• Manage the daily operations of the business, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments
• Keep up to date with FCA rules and regulations, including Consumer Duty
• Lead projects as agreed with all stakeholders
• Monitor and review operational performance and business strategy to maximise productivity
• Develop, recommend and implement strategies to improve processes and workflows
• Point of contact for technical questions
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff members
• Manage Business Support and Paraplanning teams to deliver optimal productivity
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices

• Paraplanning/technical report writing experience
• Diploma in Financial Planning / Regulated Financial Planning / Bachelor’s degree in a related field or other recognised industry qualifications
• Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of managing teams
