Sheridan Maine is partnering with a Swindon based firm to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk into their busy finance team. The role will be a hybrid working arrangement with 2 or 3 days worked from home.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk include:
Matching, batching and coding of supplier invoices and loading onto accounts system
Processing employee expenses
Supplier statement reconciliations
Manage queries raised by suppliers and other departments
Processing weekly payment runs
Assisting with other ad hoc duties
The successful Accounts Payable Clerk will require the following skills and experience:
Experience working in a similar position
Experience of dealing with multiple currency transactions (GBP, USD, Euro)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
