We are a seeking a skilled FP&A Analyst to join an established organisation based in Berkshire. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance team to deliver insightful analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support the business.
 
Responsibilities of the FP&A Analyst will include:

• Collaborate with the Finance team to prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to the business to support decision-making
• Identify and evaluate trends, opportunities, and risks in financial performance
• Support the development of financial models to forecast business performance and assess the impact of various scenarios
• Communicate financial results to senior management and stakeholders
• Support the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports and analysis for review by the FP&A Manager
• Support the FP&A Manager with ad-hoc projects

• Professional Finance qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience in financial analysis, planning and forecasting
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial modelling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
