Sheridan Maine are delighted to be working with a rapidly growing engineering company based in Sutton Coldfield. They are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team on the Sutton Coldfield site.
The Role This company requires a highly motivated and organised individual with experience in a fast-paced office environment and ability to meet tight deadlines. Duties include (but are not limited to):
Assisting with the collating of time sheets for the raising of invoices
All administrative duties
Setting up new clients on the system
Chasing outstanding debts
Emailing invoices to clients
Chasing Purchase Orders from clients
Liaising with clients regarding any queries
The Person: The successful person will need to have experience with Sage 50 and have strong MS Excel skills. They are likely to also need their own transport to get to the office. Organisation skills and a proactive nature will be essential. 25 days holiday + bank holidays for this role.
