Sheridan Maine are working exclusively with a growing organisation based in the Chichester area to recruit a FP&A Analyst. This is a newly created role, as part of the rapid growth plans of this established business, following extensive recent investment. This will be a mainly onsite based role as the role has a high level of business partnering with internal stakeholders.
 
Key elements of the role will include:

• Providing timely and relevant management information to the organisation, and group parent company, to identify areas for improvements in business performance.
• This will involve developing sophisticated models and using business intelligence tools to enhance and improve the level of analysis and data management
• Involvement in all the forward planning finance activities including forecasting to support the Finance Director
• Working closely with the treasury function to develop models to monitor and manage working capital

 
The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to use a variety of BI tools such as advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI or Tableau. You are likely to be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) although a candidate with relevant experience would still be considered without the full qualification. Ideally you will be self-motivated and able to compete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
