Join a thriving and well-established business located in Hampshire as their Group Reporting Manager. We are seeking a skilled individual to take charge of the group's financial reporting, ensuring the precision of financial information.
 
As the Group Reporting Manager, you will take on the following responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the financial reporting process for the group, guaranteeing adherence to accounting standards and regulations
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting activities
  • Analyse and interpret financial results, providing valuable insights to the senior management team
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including auditors
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls
 
You will require the following attributes to succeed in the role of Group Reporting Manager:
  • A professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with substantial post-qualification experience in financial reporting
  • Strong expertise in technical accounting, including IFRS and FRS 102
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building across all levels
