A rapidly expanding consumer retail brand is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Analyst to join its finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and progressive organisation that is continuing to grow at an impressive rate.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the finance team with maintaining the integrity of the Oracle system, as well as the development, implementation, and maintenance of Finance Master Data.
 
Responsibilities of the Finance Analyst will include:

• Implementation and maintenance of the Finance ‘master data’ and business configurations in Oracle Financials
• Work collaboratively with other teams to support the delivery of key financial targets and objectives
• Provide technical expertise and support to finance and other functional teams across the business
• Data file mapping and processing
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting
• Assisting with the maintenance of the role matrix for user access, ensuring all necessary authorisations are in place and ensuring adequate segregation of duties
• Support any analysis required to optimise the set-up of business rules
• Assist with the testing of the Oracle releases at time of implementation
• Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement of the Oracle system
• Assisting the business to resolve user, or system, issues
• Monitoring of issues being encountered by users to identify opportunities to improve the Oracle solution for the benefit of all users

• Ideally part-qualified ACCA or CIMA
• Ability to apply financial reporting knowledge to practical scenarios
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Immaculate attention to detail
• Oracle Finance SaaS, Oracle EPM SaaS and/or Oracle Merchandising SaaS highly advantageous
