We are a leading UK Recruitment company, and we’re looking for a professional and motivated Delivery Consultant to join our team.  Sheridan Maine is exceptional and distinguished by its diversity, vibrancy, and uniqueness.
 
As Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and delivering top talent to our clients across various industries.  You should be highly organised, have a keen attention to detail, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
 
Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection
• Utilise various recruitment tools and techniques to identify top talent
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with other recruitment consultants and support teams to ensure successful candidate placements
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay current on industry trends

 
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike, so the ability to create lasting connections is essential.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary and commission, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement. This is a mostly remote working role, with occasional travel to client sites in and around the Newbury and Basingstoke areas, or our office in London.
