This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable/P2P Manager to join a fast-paced professional services company on a 6 month fixed term contract.  Our client has grown rapidly and are now one of the top corporate service providers globally.
 
The Bristol based business have an opportunity for a P2P Senior Finance Manager who will support the Finance and Operations team in the optimisation and delivery of processes, controls and reconciliations for the Accounts Payable function.  The role will ensure the new SAP P2P processes, policies and ways of working are rolled out effectively across the business.
 
Responsibilities of the P2P Senior Finance Manager will include:

• Design, align and implement processes
• Regular liaison with internal and external stakeholders
• Deliver and embed AP processing, reconciliation and reporting cadence and governance structures
• Deliver and imbed SAP P2P processes and ways of working across the finance and operational teams
• Understand, translate and communicate new processes to relevant parties
• Work through business processes and provide detailed reconciliations to ensure the system is working as intended.
• Provide additional financial support and detailed analysis before the new system goes live
• Deliver effective reporting for the AP function, demonstration completeness, timeliness and accuracy

• Experience of the design and delivery of AP process improvements
• Experience of ERP systems (SAP/S4HANA experience advantageous)
• Key involvement in finance system developments
• Strong understanding of financial controls
• Strong communication skills, and ability to train others
