Sheridan Maine are proud to be working with an industry leading international business that offer a broad range of products to its worldwide customer base. The company is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their friendly credit department on a permanent basis.
Duties and responsibilities of the Credit Controller will include:
Contacting customers by phone and email to obtain outstanding debts
Allocating cash of multiple currencies
Resolving customer queries
Reporting on aged debt
Building and maintaining relationships
Performing credit checks and setting credit limits
This role requires someone with experience in credit control / accounts receivable who has managed a ledger of accounts and has good working knowledge of IT systems including Excel. An individual who is able to speak European languages would be beneficial but not essential.
The company offer remote or hybrid working. Benefits include 25 days holiday and flexible working hours.
