A Senior Operational Finance Manager is being recruited by a dynamic business on the outskirts of Portsmouth to manage a key team in their large operational finance function and to work closely with the Financial Controller to deliver new systems and process improvements.
The key responsibilities of the Senior Operational Finance Manager include:
Team management and development
Supporting the systems implementation and liaising with external provider
Process review and improvements and implementing new procedures
The successful candidate will have similar large operational / transactional team management experience gained in fast paced businesses as well demonstrable software implementation and process implementation knowledge.
