Sheridan Maine is delighted to be working with an established organisation to recruit an Accounts Payable Supervisor.  The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in an Accounts Payable Supervisor role.
 
The company offer a very flexible working arrangement, with just 2 days a week being required at their central London office, the rest can be worked from home or office.
 
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Supervisor will include:

• Manage, coach and support the Accounts Payable team
• Oversee all payment transactions and ensure transactions are delivered in accordance with agreed SLA’s
• Responsible for the full end to end accounts payable process, including monthly overhead cost allocation journals, accurate postings of GL entries, reconciliations and KPI reporting
• Responsible for producing various AP status reports
• Ensure all queries are responded to, logged and escalated as appropriate
• Ensure that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure that supplier bank details are obtained, verified and maintained
• Review and approve employee expense claims
• Responsible for the cash advance process
• Contribute to AP process improvement initiatives as required
