An international business that is a market leader and innovator in its field is recruiting a Finance Manager to take ownership of the finances for it’s high growth UK business based near Southampton on a very flexible hybrid working basis. The key responsibilities of the Finance Manager include:-
Preparing monthly accounts, KPIs, budgets and forecasts
Business partnering with the local management team to support financial decision making and profit improvement
Year end work and managing the audit process
Ensuring a strong financial controls focus and environment
Team management
Reviewing and improving financial processes and systems
Being the main point of contact internally and externally for all financial matters
The ideal candidate for the Finance Manager role will:-
Be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
Have demonstrable experience in a similar hands on, all round finance role such as Finance Manager, Senior Management Accountant, Company Accountant
Possess strong communication and presentation skills
