Sheridan Maine are working in exclusive partnership with a well known Basingstoke institution who are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their busy head office team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, key duties of the role will include:
Match and input invoices onto the accounting system
Statement reconciliations
Deal with AP related queries
Process credit card and staff expenses
Prepare payments for suppliers
Bank reconciliations
KPI reporting
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Prior experience of accounts payable / purchase ledger
Good IT skills including knowledge of Excel
Proactive and self motivated individual
A people person with strong communication skills
The company have a friendly office environment, with excellent onsite facilities and are located close to public transport links. Car parking is also available at the building.
