Are you an experienced Financial Controller seeking a new and exciting opportunity with a growing Hampshire based business? Our client operates in a niche sector and requires a skilled Financial Controller to join its team on a permanent basis.

Your responsibilities as Financial Controller will include:

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
• Manage cash flow, financial risk, and taxation matters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and efficiency
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
