A large international based in the Fareham area is recruiting a Financial Accountant to work in their central finance team. The key deliverables for the Financial Accountant include:-
Financial reporting in line with US GAAP
Working closely with Internal/External Audit to support SOX and year end audits
Month end review of financial results
Financial Reporting to corporate, including relevant variance commentary
Balance sheet reconciliations
Revenue reporting and reconciliations
Review of month end revenue to ensure recognition is in line with policy and US GAAP
Monthly reporting, analysis and review of costs
The successful candidate for the Financial Accountant will be a technically strong qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with large company experience and knowledge of US GAAP and SOX. The role could suit a candidate looking to make their first move from practice or with industry experience already.
