Sheridan Maine are recruiting for a Senior Finance Assistant to join a great team based in the heart of Bournemouth.
This position offers a hybrid working pattern – 3 days in the office & 2 days working from home. Study support is available for the successful candidate.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, key day to day responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the preparation of the monthly management accounts pack
Processing purchase ledger invoices
Raising sales ledger invoices
Dealing with any sales & purchase ledger queries
Daily bank reconciliations
Taking card payments
Key Skills and Experience required:
Experience gained from a similar role
Studying towards the AAT qualification, study support is available
Good software experience including strong Excel skills
Self-starter with a positive, enthusiastic 'can do' attitude and the ability to build strong relationships
Detail orientated with good analytical skills
