Sheridan Maine is delighted to be working with this established manufacturing organisation with head offices based in Poole, to recruit for an Assistant Management Accountant.
This is a great opportunity for a part-qualified Accountant (CIMA or equivalent) to work within a supportive environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Playing a key part in the delivery of monthly management accounts
Assist with the weekly cashflow forecast
Variance analysis of overheads and cost centres
Month end reconciliations and control of balance sheet accounts
Quarterly VAT returns
Delivering reports as required by the leadership team
What you will need, to be great for this role:
AAT qualified / part qualified CIMA qualification or equivalent
Excellent attention to detail
Experience of accounting and MRP (manufacturing and resource planning) software packages
Strong Excel knowledge, including Pivots and look ups
Driven, proactive, self-driven and customer oriented
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
