Duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for Credit Control
Responsible for Accurate posting of Tenant receipts
Bank reconciliations
Timely and accurate preparation and issue of Weekly Arrears reports
To support the team on a portfolio of client accounting records
Accurate accounting for service charge costs
Preparation of quarterly VAT returns for review
Issuing annual budgets
Working with the Property Managers
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in a finance role
Credit Control experience
Excel knowledge
Great communication skills
Knowledge/experience of stakeholder reporting is an advantage
Experience of dealing with property management systems is an advantage
Knowledge of TRAMPS is an advantage
