Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for Credit Control
• Responsible for Accurate posting of Tenant receipts
• Bank reconciliations
• Timely and accurate preparation and issue of Weekly Arrears reports
• To support the team on a portfolio of client accounting records
• Accurate accounting for service charge costs
• Preparation of quarterly VAT returns for review
• Issuing annual budgets
• Working with the Property Managers

• Previous experience in a finance role
• Credit Control experience
• Excel knowledge
• Great communication skills
• Knowledge/experience of stakeholder reporting is an advantage
• Experience of dealing with property management systems is an advantage
• Knowledge of TRAMPS is an advantage

• Up to £25,000 p/a depending on experience
