Our e-commerce client has retained Sheridan Maine Executive to source a new Finance Director.
 
This OMB has a 5-year strategic plan and this hire is a crucial to delivering this. The business has seen consistent growth over the last 8 years and is entering the next phase of their life cycle. The next 5 years will see:

• Investment in systems and infrastructure
• Further client acquisition
• New product lines
• Growth in the international business
• Some form of event / transaction

With the commercial opportunities ahead and potential "event" this role is a truly defining role for the right candidate.

About the Role:

The Finance Director will sit on the main board, business partnering the owner / MD and peers across Marketing, HR, Trading, Operations as well as leading the finance function. The finance function does have an excellent FC for the day to day management. Your role will be to interpret and utilise the information to support the relationships with your internal and external partners.

What we are looking for:

• An entrepreneurial and technically astute individual
• Qualified ACA (other qualifications considered)
• ECommerce or FMCG sector experience
