A vibrant Private Equity backed business which has completely transformed over the last few years through organic and acquisitive growth, and which is benefitting from significant investment towards future growth is seeking a talented Group Finance Manager - Treasury for this newly shaped, stepping-stone position which offers valuable, high profile exposure for an aspiring FD/CFO and excellent onward career development potential (within 18 months thanks to active succession plans already in place).

The Role
In this newly shaped Group Finance Manager - Treasury position you'll take ownership of the Group's banking process, responsibilities will include:

  • Production of bi-weekly cash flow forecasts
  • Monitoring and reporting the Group's cash position
  • Production of weekly banking variance reports and working with budget holders to reduce variances
  • Ensuring banking procedures are adhered to
  • Maintain relationships with lenders ensuring all reporting requirements are met
  • Creation and collation of information and results for the SMT
  • Supporting the Assistant FC in interpreting the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow implications on the performance of the business, and of processes and controls

The Person
  • Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA or ACMA) with an excellent academic record
  • Experience of managing multi-site or multiple bank accounts, and cash flow 
  • Confident and solutions orientated person

Salary to £60k, 10% bonus, 25 days annual leave, pension. Hybrid working available with up to 40% WFH.
