A West Midlands based Service business is looking for an immediately available Accounts Assistant to join their growing finance team. The position, initially for an interim period of 3 months, then becomes permanent, and provides an interesting and varied role, with excellent prospects of career progression.
Duties of the Accounts Assistant will include:
Preparation of the P&L accounts
Some Credit Control
Tracking orders through the full journey (receive order, admin, purchase order, P&L etc)
General filing (scanning/uploading documents)
The successful Accounts Assistant will require:
A passion to succeed and progress
An understanding of accounts (Degree/AAT/QBE)
A logical thinker with Excel knowledge
Experience with Xero is preferred but not essential
