As the Assistant Financial Reporting Manager, you will play a crucial role in:
Collaborating with managers to ensure effective financial management of assignments
Providing guidance and support to trainees in their day-to-day tasks
Overseeing the comprehensive preparation of statutory financial statements under FRS 102, FRS 101, and IFRSs
Cultivating strong client relationships, addressing inquiries, and assisting with accounting challenges
Developing cashflow statements to facilitate informed financial decision-making
Coordinating with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes
Taking charge of supervising, coaching, and fostering the growth of trainees
To succeed in the role of Assistant Financial Reporting Manager, you require:
ACA or ACCA qualified, or an equivalent professional qualification
Demonstrated expertise in financial and cashflow statement preparation
Proven track record of leading client assignments, showcasing strong project management skills
