We are delighted to be partnering a well-known 5-star hotel brand that are recruiting for a Financial Accountant. This interim position will suit someone who is part-qualified (ACCA or similar) or AAT qualified, and who has substantial financial/statutory accounts preparation experience.
The company operate a flexible/hybrid working policy with 3-4 days based at their Mayfair office.
Responsibilities of the Financial Accountant include:
Group statutory accounts preparation
Notes to the accounts in Word, supporting calculation using Excel
Reconciling accounts to the underlying records
Liaising with the auditor and supporting where required
Other ad hoc duties such as preparing the monthly group cashflow
The successful Financial Accountant will require the following skills and experience:
Knowledge of IFRS (desired)
AAT, part-qualified ACCA/similar
Excel skills - comfortable with large spreadsheets with relatively simple formulae
This role sits within IR35.
