Sheridan Maine is delighted to be partnering a global organisation to recruit a Finance Process Analyst. 
 
The Finance Process Analyst will be responsible for the delivery of a range of key projects focussed on process automation and digitalisation.  This role requires someone with extensive relevant experience and a strong understanding of processes and policies that support a global finance function.
 
The company operate a hybrid working policy with 3 days based at their central London office, the rest worked from home.
 
Responsibilities of the Finance Process Analyst include but not limited to:

  • Analyse processes and assess practicability for automation
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
  • Identify, prioritise and propose key processes that deliver long-term sustainable ROI to the Finance function
  • Regular liaison with wider finance team to ensure accurate and quality RPA deliverables
  • Influence process improvement experience to streamline and optimize processes for RPA implementation
  • Run project sprints to develop, test and implement RPA solutions
  • Responsible for the automation services – ensure that they are performing optimally for the business
  • Develop and maintain the RPA performance dashboard
  • Work with the Finance function to simplify, standardise, and systemise finance processes that facilitate the continued growth and development of the Group
  • Work on a range of projects
  • Process redesign that delivers meaningful insight, standardisation, and efficiencies to the business
 
The successful Finance Process Analyst will require the following skills and experience:
  • Experience of working in a similar role within a global finance team
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to present financial information to all levels
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Project Management or process re-engineering qualification is desired
  • Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant is desired
