Purchase Ledger Assistant – £23,000 p/a, Walsall – 6 month FTC This is an excellent opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join the queries team of a well known consumer brand within the West Midlands.
Duties of the Purchase Ledger Assistant will include:
Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
Reconciliation of supplier statements, posting of supplier invoices
Liaising with managers and suppliers to resolve invoice queries
The successful Purchase Ledger Assistant will require the following attributes:
Previous experience in Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger 1-2 years
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Experience of working to tight deadlines
Experience working with queries
