An established SME specialist services business based in Fareham is recruiting a Financial Controller to take overall ownership of the company’s finances. The Financial Controller will report to the MD and manage the finance team ensuring the efficient running of the function and timely production of accounts.
The key responsibilities of the Financial Controller include:-
Monthly management accounts including detailed analysis and commentary
Year end accounts and managing the annual audit process
Annual budget and forecasts
Dealing with banking and funding arrangements
Team management and development
The key requirements for the Financial Controller are:-
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience in a similar role within a SME
Excellent Excel and financial systems skills
Strong communication and team management ability
