Are you a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), with extensive experience gained within Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis, who is seeking an excellent new challenge with a market leader? Sheridan Maine may have just the role for you!
Working on a hybrid basis, with on average 2 days a week in the office based in the Southampton area, this is a key position providing analysis and insight to the business to aid an understanding of performance and performance drivers. You will work across the organisation, business partnering at senior leadership levels, to deliver and challenge forecasts. There will be a key focus on using your financial planning and analysis expertise to identify opportunities in order to optimise performance whilst producing analysis to provide insight for executive decision making.
The successful candidate will possess extensive post qualified experience (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) gained working in a FP&A orientated role, ideally in a larger business, where you have had substantial exposure to long term corporate planning, financial analysis and ideally financial modelling. Proven experience of developing financial planning tools and systems is key to success in the role. Significant staff management experience and the ability to take stock and consider before confidently presenting information to senior stakeholders are all highly advantageous skills for this position.
